Ash Tree House Surgery

APPOINTMENTS

To make an appointment, telephone our reception on 01772 686688, or call at the surgery. We run surgeries every morning, afternoon, and during the week. You can see any of the doctors, although there may be a wait of a few days for specific doctors at certain times. Urgent case will always be seen the same day by the doctor on duty that day.

 

 


 

EMERGENCIES

If you need the doctor urgently, please ring 01772 686688. You may be put through to the doctor on duty who may advise you to attend the surgery, or arrange to visit you at home. For certain medical problems the doctor may arrange an ambulance to take you straight to the hospital.

HOME VISITS

Visits are restricted to housebound patients. If you need medical help and think you may not be well enough to attend the surgery, please contact us before 10.00am for advice.
It is safe to bring babies and toddlers to the surgery. We know that they often become ill at short notice and we do try to be very flexible with appointments. If your child has a temperature or rash, ask to wait in an examination room where we will do our best to see you promptly.

OUT OF HOURS

The local doctors have joined together to form an Out of Hours Co-operative. This service operates from 6:30pm to 7:30am on weekdays and at weekends and Bank Holidays. Telephone: 01772 788058.
