Repeat Prescriptions

thepillIf you are taking long-term medication it is possible for you to order your medication without seeing the doctor. However, the doctor will need to review your medication every so often; you will be notified of this review by a message on your prescription counterfoil.

Ordering a repeat prescription

There are three ways in which you can order your repeat prescriptions from us:

  1. Prescription Counterfoil - Indicate clearly on the counterfoil those items you wish to order on repeat. Then either post it to us, or drop it into the box at reception.
  2. Repeat Prescription Line - You can call us on our dedicated repeat prescription line on 01772 686602. Please have your prescription counterfoil to hand when you make your call.
  3. ORDER ON-LINE! A new service available online for all registered patients with an internet connection. Just Click on the link on this page!

Whichever method you chose to request a repeat prescription please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
